The Ergo-fit exercise bike has 117 resistance levels between 15 and 600 Watts. Because of this low resistance level, this exercise bike is very suitable for rehabilitation purposes, for example. The fact that the resistance can be increased to 600 Watts also makes it suitable for fanatical athletes.
The Ergo-fit exercise bike has a training computer with 4 control buttons. The LCD screen is graphically designed and has blue backlighting, so that you can monitor your performance even in poorly lit rooms. The following data are displayed: time, speed, RPM, distance, calories and heart rate. Heart rate can be measured via the built-in heart rate sensors or by wearing an optional chest strap (5 kHz).
