Let’s scale up! We have now outgrown the predicate Start up, as well as the Benelux. That is why we are looking for an experienced manager who helps us to grow from Start up to Scale up, from Benelux into Europe! Are you in?

Because in this challenging position you are working full-time with fitnessequipment. The rental of it to be precise. As a manager at Fitnessapparatuur.nl (our dutch url) you use your knowledge, experience and courage to let us grow from Scale up to full grown company and realize our – literally – limitless ambitions.

Fitnessapparatuur.nl is the largest rental company of fitness and rehabilitation equipment in the Netherlands and Belgium. We supply different types of cardio equipment such as treadmills, exercise bikes, recumbent bikes, elliptical machines, steppers and spinning bikes. Our mission: everyone should be able to feel vital wherever you are in Europe. We want to make health and exercise accessible to everyone, even in the living room. We do this with the best fitness equipment at the best price. From rehabilitation to sports fanatics and from casual athletes to obese patients.

We are more than ready to take the next step; the further professionalization and roll-out of our activities. What do we want to work with? Do you have a moment? We want to enter into partnerships with insurers, enter the business market, further expand the rehabilitation branch, further strengthen our position on the Dutch market and above all: conquer the European market. As an experienced manager, you take us from Start up to Scale up. You have already earned your stripes and therefore know exactly how to enter new markets, how to strengthen our position even further, in other words: how we can realize our growth ambitions. You build teams, you advise, initiate and undertake. With your knowledge and experience you lift Fitnessapparatuur.nl further into Europe.

You are not alone; you have a team of driven, experienced marketers, product specialists and customer success managers around you. And we even have a great business plan installed for you (which you might want to adjust here and there) 😊.

Your luggage
We have ambitious plans and someone with a solid experience with a well-filled backpack full of relevant experience fits in with them. We think of 8-10 years of experience in which you have been busy helping companies take their second or third step.

To achieve our ambitions, we need someone who is mature and independent enough to take the lead. We want you to spot opportunities and seize them, to know how to trigger, motivate and guide people, to always look for finding and exploiting opportunities. But also that you are experienced and critical enough to know what needs to be improved and what can be improved. So we’re really just looking for someone who’s in top shape!
